Dave Woolsey Restaurant Manager

A passion for locally grown food, craft beers and wine led Dave to the restaurant industry over 20 years ago. Prior to joining Fleetwood, he spent 11 years serving as the General Manager at the Oxbow location of Gott’s Roadside, where he mentored several managers working throughout the company and shaped the newly opened restaurant into a thriving success. He is excited to bring his experience to Fleetwood, be a part of its evolution and to work in the community he calls home.
